Sterimar Hypertonic Based Nasal Microspray works by safely clearing the nose because of its immediate decongestant action: a natural osmotic effect. It contains minerals salts and marine trace elements reinforced with copper and manganese, known for their anti-infectious and anti-allergic properties and for their important role in cell metabolism.
Sterimar Hypertonic is suitable for children aged 3 years onwards.

I have chronic sinusitus and this was recommended by my ENT consultant. It is very effective at clearing nasal congestion, can be used several times a day and helps reduce the number of antibiotics and other medication I need for sinus infections, which has to be a good thing. ..

Ive been using this for a few weeks. easy to use - appears to aid clearing of phlegm from nasal passages. As my problem relates to conjested eustacian tube and deafness, I know this will take a while so I bought 2 sprays. Will review again when I get success, hopefully! ..

My nasal surgeon banned any other products I was using, including herbal sprays, except this one for my nasal allergies.
I primarily take this product to help with my severe allergies to diesel fumes and air pollution but also found that, due to the natural anti-septic properties of the salt in the product, there is a side benefit that I no longer get colds and other infections that people are passing round at work. ..

I was originally put off by the cost of Sterimar Hypertonic Based Nasal Microspray, but this site is one of the cheapest around - especially if bought in bulk.
I buy it because it is convenient, the water is pure - no mixing salt and tap water, and it really helps my congestion by clearing the nose with a gently spray action. For that it makes it value for money. I can't see myself being without a can close at hand. Chemist direct has a very fast delivery service too. ..

For years I was on a repeat prescription for NASONEX to keep my sinuses clear but now I only use Sterimar and it works really well. I use it three times a day, but if you can use it in the shower in the morning, that works best. ..

Although this may seem expensive, it is incredibly convenient. It is also very easy to use. This means that you are much more likely to use it on a daily basis, and thus avoid the need for nasty sinus operations. Go for this one rather than the isotonic, as this one has minerals to help fight infection. ..
