It's simple. With one nostril pinched shut, and the balloon mounted nares plug held against the other nostrum, the patient inflates the balloon. Once fully extended, the patient then allows the positive pressure of the balloon to reenter the nose, and swallows, achieving trans-Eustachian tube middle ear insufflation.

thanks , my son starting to use this product but we will see the effect after 2 weeks , we will do tympanometry and see the result , but the problem " long time spend to receive the product " ..

I'd been on antibiotics for an infected ear then had my ears syringed but still was totally blocked in one ear, bought this as a last resort and it unblocked the ear on first use. Excellent product . Have recommended it to others. ..

This worked a treat, and within 3 days both ears were almost back to normal. Whenever I have the feeling that my ears are becoming blocked again I use it and there is almost instant relief.
Also great for sinus problems, my frequent morning headaches due to blocked sinuses are far less frequent since using it too - what a bonus!!
Have already recommended it to several friends ..

A clever idea I wish I'd thought of. As previous reviewer stated, does just what it says on the tin. Cannot really 5-star 'quality' as it's just too simple! Has helped my husband cope with his hearing problem and THAT is value for money. We've bought two. Recommended. ..
