How to take Nelsons Candida:
Two tablets every hour for the first six doses, then three times daily between meals until better.
Tablets to be sucked or chewed.

6c homoeopathic potency of Candida albicans. Also contains lactose and sucrose.

As with all homeopathic remedies, this will work for some and not others. For me, this is the only thing that can keep my severe thrush at bay. Before these, I had tried everything - Canesten pessaries and cream, Biofem, natural yoghurt (applying and eating lots of it), the candida diet... too many to list. I even went on a 6 month dose of Fluconazole pills but it returned straight after I stopped. I take 3-6 daily depending on the severity, and sometimes one when my symptoms get really bad. This really does help the symptoms as well as the cause, but you do have to take them religiously. If you have recurring thrush and nothing else has worked for you, I urge you to try these pills. For the price, you have nothing to lose. ..
