Hand hygiene

The most common way for the likes of the cold and flu virus to be spread is via the hands. This is because germs like the cold and flu virus live on the skin and are transferred to other people, door handles, work tops etc by touching. Once these bacteria and viruses are on the surface, they can live there for up to 24 hours and so can easily be transferred on again to another person. That's why it is so important to always wash your hands or use an antibacterial hand gel to help stop the spread of bacteria and viruses.

Standard Delivery
For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling, delivery insurance and Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery postal costs.
To ensure patient safety, private prescription orders are despatched via a courier delivery service and are not eligible for free delivery.
For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.

Delivery charges to Europe are shown at checkout dependent on the weight of your parcel and destination. Delivery is usually within 3-10 days from dispatch. Certain product and weight restrictions apply.
