What is Karvol?

Karvol is an inhalant decongestant which contains a unique combination of aromatic oils including pine, cinnamon and menthol that has been specially formulated to help children and adults breathe more easily to help improve sleep. The natural vapours of Karvol gently clear congestion associated with colds.

How does Karvol work?

Natural vapours ease nasal congestion, which can help aid sleep. Nasal congestion is usually a symptom of upper respiratory tract infections, which infects children throughout the the year, and as a result can lead to sleepless nights which is distressing for both the child and parents.

Who should use Karvol?

Karvol is an inhalant decongestant formulated with children in mind, but the product provides effective relief from nasal congestion for the while family. It can be used for babies over aged 3 months and it can also be used for older children and adults.

How to use Karvol Vapour Rub:

• For children over 6 months old:  Gently massage a small amount onto the chest especially at bedtime. Use sparingly on infants and young children.
• For older children and adults:  Rub a moderate amount onto the chest and neck. Or add 1 teaspoon of the rub to 1/2 a pint of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour. Take care when using hot water.

Karvol Vapour Rub contains:

Eucalyptus, menthol and camphor.

Caution before using Karvol Vapour Rub:

• For external use only.
• Do not swallow.
• Do not apply to face, mouth, nose or broken skin.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.

For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling, delivery insurance and Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery postal costs.
To ensure patient safety, private prescription orders are despatched via a courier delivery service and are not eligible for free delivery.
For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.

Delivery charges to Europe are shown at checkout dependent on the weight of your parcel and destination. Delivery is usually within 3-10 days from dispatch. Certain product and weight restrictions apply.
