Hormel Thick & Easy Instant Food Thickener

Hormel Thick & Easy Instant Food Thickener can be added directly to juices, soups, all hot and cold beverages, nutritional supplements e.g. Fresubin Range, ProvideXtra, Calshake, sauces, gravies and all types of puréed foods to develop a thicker consistency. When adding Hormel Thick & Easy to foods or liquids allow 60 seconds standing time to achieve the correct consistency.

How to use Hormel Thick & Easy Instant Food Thickener:

To thicken liquids simply sprinkle in the required amount of Thick & Easy and stir briskly with a fork or whisk until dissolved. To achieve a custard-like consistency add 1 and a half scoops per 100ml liquid. If a thicker consistence is required, stir in a further half scoop per 100ml which will produce a pudding like texture.

To be used under medical supervision only. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Thick & Easy is intended for the use as food thickener and is not intended as such to contribute significantly to energy intake. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling, delivery insurance and Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery postal costs.

For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.

Delivery charges to Europe are shown at checkout dependent on the weight of your parcel and destination. Delivery is usually within 3-10 days from dispatch. Certain product and weight restrictions apply.
