As well as carbohydrates, Enragy has been designed to include Caffeine and Guarana as well as Tyrosine, Taurine and a full 3 grams of Creatine. In addition, this unique formula contains nutrients including, arginine, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2) and vitamin B6.

Directions for the use of Garnell Nutrition Enrage Lemon and Lime:

Mix 50g (one and a half level scoops), with approx 250ml of water (cold or warm). Stir or shake vigorously to mix and take 20 minutes before training. Alternatively sip small amounts during workout or event.

Standard Delivery
For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling, delivery insurance and Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery postal costs.

For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.
