Drapolene Cream helps prevent and treat nappy rash without blocking the action of one-way nappy liners or disposable nappies. It is also used for the relief and prevention of urinary dermatitis in adults, and the relief of minor burns. Nappy rash is an unpleasant condition caused by moisture in diapers and nappies, especially when left on for too long. It can cause babies’ skin to look very red and inflamed and although it’s not dangerous at all, it can be extremely distressing.
Drapolene is a specially formulated cream with a water miscible base and is specifically used for the treatment of nappy rash, and for soothing minor burns and wounds. It contains gentle yet powerful antiseptics, which treat and prevent infection while soothing and relieving tender skin. The easiest way to prevent nappy rash is to use Drapolene for every diaper change and to clean and dry the area before applying Drapolene. Drapolene Cream can also be used for the relief and prevention of urinary dermatitis in adults, and the relief of minor burns.
How to use Drapolene Cream:
Adults should wash and dry affected area thoroughly. Apply cream thinly, as needed.

I had one child in 1963 and my second in 1983 and I used Drapolene for both
I want everybody to know that with the use of this product, I never experienced "sore bottoms" in either of my children
I used to swear by it. I have a grandaughter on the way on 1st November and I live in Tennessee.
I would love to be able to obtain this product over here as it is the only cream I had ever used on both my children... I loved it! ..

I'm a father of five and Drapolene is the only stuff that works consistently. No nappy rash at all once we keep using it. Zinc based ointments do not always work and sometimes just made things worse with our first child. ..
