Chemist Direct Omega 3 1000mg capsules are a high potency source of the omega 3 essential fatty acids- eicosapentanoic acid (EPA), and docosahexanoic acid (DHA). EPA helps to promote a range of anti-inflammatory substances in the body known as prostaglandins, which help to prevent inflammatory conditions in the joints, heart and blood vessels.  It also helps to promote cell membrane fluidity and flexibility - important for overall health and functioning of all the cells in the body. EPA is also an essential component of the reproductive glands and a component of breast milk from which DHA is formed.  

DHA supports the brain and nervous system cells and improves the flow of nerve transmission chemicals - thus making brain function sharper and more optimal in function for learning, memory, vision, mood balance, and co-ordination. DHA is essential for the growth and development of infant brain and vision function.

How to take Chemist Direct Omega 3 1000mg:

Adults and children over 12 years should take one capsule daily with food.

Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 140mg, Docosahexaenioc Acid 100mg Fish Oil, Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Carageenan, Disodium Phosphate), Antioxidant: DL Alpha Tocopherol (contains Sunflower Oil).

Standard Delivery
For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling, delivery insurance and Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery postal costs.

For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.
