Canesten 1% Cream

Canesten 1% cream provides soothing relief from the irritation caused by fungal infections of the skin. It can be applied directly to the skin to help soothe the symptoms including sweat rash, jock itch, nappy rash, ringworm or thrush affecting the outside of the vagina (vulva and labia) or the end of the penis.

How to use Canesten 1% Cream:

Wash your hand before and after applying the cream. Apply the cream thinly to affected areas 2 or 3 times a day and rub in gently. Generally a minimum of 2 weeks treatment is necessary for thrush although up to 4 weeks maybe necessary for other conditions.

Canesten 1% Cream contains:

Clotrimazole 500mg (1% w/w). It also contains benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, cetyl palmitate, cetostearyl alcohol, octydodecanol and purified water.

Cautions whilst using Canesten 1% Cream:

If symptoms persist see your doctor. Do not use if you are pregnant, trying for a baby or breast feeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any medicine other than the contraceptive pill and if you are aged under 16 or over 60.

The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.
